As from today the Dental Department of the Alvor Hospital will be functioning on the 2nd floor of the new Out-Patient Unit.
The New Dental Department will comprise 3 dental surgeries and a digital panoramic radiology room. This diagnostic exam is fundamental in dentistry, permitting a general knowledge of the patient’s entire bone structure and teeth.
Together with the Dental-Scanner and Teleradiography, this new equipment will allow for a complete, accurate and necessary assessment especially in implantology and orthodontics.
