HOW DOES IT WORK?
It works in the evaluation, prevention and recovery of disorders/pathologies, surgical procedures and injuries of endocrine, metabolic, circulatory, dermatological, musculoskeletal or neurological origin, that directly or indirectly affect the integrity of the integumentary system.
WHAT ARE THE AREAS OF INTERVENTION?
Localized fat, glenoid fibro oedema (cellulitis), skin and muscle flaccidity, stretch marks, dyschromia (changes in skin colour), scars, wrinkles, skin pathologies (rosacea, acne, dermatitis), situations of skin lesions such as burns and ulcers, pre, peri and postoperative care, lymphedema, mastectomies, postpartum recovery in skin flaccidity and abdominal diastasis.
WHAT RESOURCES ARE USED?
The equipment used can be applied individually or in a combined therapy, associating two or more agents, whether thermal, electrical, mechanical or phototherapeutic:
Dermatofunctional Physiotherapy also plays an important role in the fight against photoaging and in early detection of skin cancer, resulting in referral to Dermatology.
