HPA patients can choose to carry out Teleconsultations exclusively by telephone (Teleconsultation) or video call (Video Consultation).
For a Video Consultation, a smartphone, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone including internet connection is required.
Patients can book their Teleconsultation appointment with our Call Center:
A SMS or e-mail will then be received confirming the Teleconsultation appointment.
If you have decided for a Teleconsultation: on the day of your appointment and 5 minutes before the scheduled time, you will receive a telephone call from our hospital, transfering you to the doctor.
If you have chosen a Video Consultation: on the day of your appointment and 5 minutes before the scheduled time, you will receive a SMS or an email with a link. To access the video consultation, you must access the link, and wait to be connected to your doctor. Don't forget to check that you have an internet connection and that your camera and microphone are connected.
After your appointment you will receive our invoice either by e-mail or post, with payment details.
