Hypermetropia
Long sightedness is a common eye focusing problem that can affect vision at all distances, but especially up close.
Normally, light enters through the lens and focuses on the retina, at the back of the eye. In farsightedness, light is focused too far behind the retina, which makes images appear blurry up close.
Hyperopia is usually corrected with glasses or contact lenses, or with laser eye surgery.
