How do I register?
On your mobile phone: Download the application from the  Google Play Store for Android or the  App Store for iPhone. Open the app and click on "Register". After entering your information, you will receive a verification code via SMS that you should enter when logging into your account, along with an access password.

On your computer: Go to www.myhpasaude.grupohpa.com/#/register and click on "Register". You should follow the same steps as described above. If you have already registered through the app, simply log in with your access credentials.

How do I schedule an Appointment or Exam?
Click on the "Schedule" button. Choose the Hospital or Clinic, type of appointment, specialty, healthcare professional, health agreement and preferred date. Then, you will have access to a summary of your appointment, and to finalize it, simply click on "Schedule". After this process, you will receive a notification from us confirming the appointment

How do I access information and documents related to my episode history?
To access your episode history, invoices, exams results and prescription, click on "Profile" in the menu.

Can I mark my favorite Units, Doctors and Agreements?
Yes. To do so, simply select your favorite Units, Doctors and Agreements and activate the heart icon next to their names.

Where can I stay updated with news and useful information from the HPA universe?
In the menu, click on "Information". Here you will have access to the latest news from the HPA Health Group. It is also in this section that you can send us your suggestions and compliments or make contact requests.
