“myHPA Saúde” App
The application for HPA Clients

MyHPA Saúde is your personal digital area, where you can quickly, safely and comfortably access a set of features and personal information about your health and activity within the HPA Saúde Group hospitals and clinics.
 
Your descendants, up to the age of 16, can be added to your myHPA Saúde account, allowing you to easily manage your appointments or consult your reports and clinical tests.

 

 


SCHEDULE
This allows you to check all the appointments you have already made with the HPA Saúde Group and confirm the appointments you have for "today" and/or soon.

NOTIFICATIONS
The place where we interact with you.

BOOKINGS
This is where you will request your consultation, by selecting the unit that you would like to be seen by.

TEST RESULTS
With this facility, you can access and share your test results automatically by e-mail.

BOOKING REQUESTS
Here you will find your pending and resolved consultation requests.

HEALTH UNITS
All HPA Saúde Group hospitals and clinics are here, as well as some useful information: “how to get there”, with the possibility of including on the navigation menu; schedule; specialities and clinical areas; doctors and agreements.

INVOICES
Here you can see your settled or outstanding invoices.

PERSONAL DATA
In this area, in addition to your personal data, you can add data for any descendants up to the age of 16.

SETTINGS
Here you can change the password, activate the touch-in or even Face ID.

How to download the application?
Available in the Play Store for Android online stores and in the App Store for IOS.

How to enterYou need to be an HPA customer and have all your data updated.
Steps to create your user:

When you enter the app, select the option “registe-se aqui” (register here).

  • Insert full name, mobile number, email, date of birth, NIF, and gender. If you have changed your mobile phone number, you will only be able to access the platform when you update your data at one of our units.
  • After registering your data, you will receive an SMS with an access code, which you must enter as a pin to validate your information.
  • You will be asked to enter your email and password and these will become your access credentials.

 How to book an appointment

  • Choose the desired unit, the health subsystem or the insurance company, the speciality, the consultation, and the doctor.
  • Then choose from which date you want the consultation and choose "pesquisar vagas" (search for slots).

How do I know if there is a vacancy for the appointment I want?

  • The free days and hours will appear in green.
  • Click on the time you want to book.
  • You will receive a summary of your choice.
  • Finish by clicking “Confirmar Marcação” (confirm booking).

Can I deselect or change an appointment?

Yes. By clicking on the scheduled appointment, you can cancel it or reschedule it for another day/time.
